Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.

Items must be returned with their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to safety or hygiene reasons, including:

Gift cards

Installed car software/firmware

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do NOT send your item back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be processed directly through AutoSpa Kenya.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us

Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be:

Credited to your original payment method
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your card provider, posting delays are common

Contact your bank, refunds may take time to reflect

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

A gift voucher will be issued once the returned item is received.
If the gift was delivered to the giver first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
For high-value items, we recommend:

AutoSpa Kenya does not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
